Rooms & Tariff

All the rooms excepting family room no. 106(meant for four persons) are double occupancy rooms.

Rs. 300 is chargeable for extra person, extra bed can be provided on request.

Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in & Check-out Policy
   • Check-in time: 12:00 noon
   • Check-out time: 12:00 noon
   • Check-in is not allowed after 9:00 PM.
   • The main gate closes at 10:30 PM. Guests must return before the gate is locked for security reasons.
2. Room Details
   • A double bed refers to a bed where two persons can comfortably sleep and should not be confused with twin beds (two separate beds).
3. Cleanliness & Bed Linen Policy
   • Consumption of food on the bed is strictly prohibited.
   • Guests staying in rooms are responsible for any stain or stains on bed linen and shall be liable to pay Rs.500/- as cost of washing and dry cleaning etc.
4. Guest Conduct & Behavior
   • Guests are expected to maintain decency and decorum while interacting with hotel staff and fellow guests.
   • The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest found in an inebriated state, causing disturbances, playing loud music, or engaging in any activity that disturbs other guests.
5. Room Service
   • Room service is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Food shall be served in hot cases if required and service shall not be provided beyond 10 pm.
6. Property Damage & Breakage
   • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property, including the room or any items inside or outside the room.
   • Breakage Charges: Guests must pay ₹100 for each broken glass, tumbler, cup, or saucer.
7. Cooking Restrictions
   • Guests are not allowed to bring electric cookers or cook food inside the room.
   • Any guest found engaging in such activities shall be immediately asked to leave the guest house.
